Abstract. In last years Romania had a quickly development in I.T. and communications, domains that continue to have a significant impact in economy and society, bring essential changes in productions line and in day by day Romanians life. The I.T. impacts over work, over people lead to appearance of teleworking. Previous research has shown that teleworking can make a substantial contribution to the national economy, for example, through increasing staff productivity and enabling better use of office space. Socially, teleworking gave the people a better quality of life and work-life balance.
